Start using Palats

What's included in the free version?

We have a free plan that allows for 1 user to start taking inventory of 1 location in Palats. Whenever you are ready to take the next step, perhaps plan an office move or remodel you can always upgrade.

What's the difference between free and trial accounts?

With our free plan you can start taking inventory but you will not be able to enjoy the full experience of project management.

That’s why we also offer a trial of the full Palats experience for 30 days with no charge. With a trial account, you can try all the features our paid users love. For example, our project management and relocation tool.

What happens after my trial ends?
Before your trial ends you'll have the choice to continue with a paid account or to downgrade. Your trial account will automatically become a paid account after 30 days, if you do not downgrade to free before. If you're on a monthly subscription you will still be able to go back to a free account at any time. Don't worry, no data will not be deleted if you downgrade.
What kind of onboarding support can I expect?

When you first login to Palats you will be guided through the app with small messages throughout. We also have a comprehensive Help Center with all the how tos and tutorials that you need to get started. And you can always contact us with your questions.

In the Business and Enterprise tier, you also get personal onboarding and a dedicated customer success manager to help with any questions you may have.
