In August we've continued to improve the options for filtering your data and managing orders more flexibly, and more!
We're continuing to improve our tables to make it as easy as possible to find the right information in Palats.
This month's big news is that we now support right-clicking in tables, which makes it easy to quickly make changes to a specific article, model, listing, or order.
When filtering on numeric data, for example measurements such as height or width, you can now select a range with the lowest and highest value to be shown.
We've also added more columns based on your requests.
In the list of orders you can now add columns and filter on all custom checkout fields as well as delivery location.
In lists of articles you can now see any order number directly in the table.
Vendors often receive special cases or requests after the fact that mean an order has to be adjusted. The system is now better at handling these cases.
An administrator can now add articles to an active order directly from the inventory by right-clicking on listed articles. This helps in cases where the customer gets in touch afterwards and wants to order more items.
If the order needs to be split into several deliveries, you can now split the order by selecting the articles you want to break out into a separate delivery. The order is then divided into two partial orders that can be completed independently of each other.
When completing a delivery, you can now see where the customer wants the articles delivered on a floor plan, if such a position was selected at checkout. This helps in cases where the delivery location needs to be specified to a particular room in a large building and the floor number isn't enough.
The marketplace now uses feeds instead of exposure rules. We've made this change to make the pricing in our subscriptions clearer. Your customer representative will help you set up your feeds according to your needs.
Article tables are sorted by Last modified in the standard view, to mirror the corresponding list in the mobile app.
You can now enable the Removability field in the inventory, which is specified per article.
Print is available for completed orders as well, giving you a PDF that can be used as invoice documentation, for example.
