Behind this initiative is the real estate company Fabege, a pioneer in sustainable urban development. ![COW Arenastaden - bord vid entrĂ©n](https://www.palats.io/hs-fs/hubfs/COW%20Arenastaden%20-%20bord%20vid%20entr%C3%A9n.jpg?width=1860&height=900&name=COW%20Arenastaden%20-%20bord%20vid%20entr%C3%A9n.jpg) ### The Reuse Hub: A Circular Node in Arenastaden Fabege has established a cutting-edge Reuse Hub in Arenastaden – a central logistics and storage point for reusable materials. This hub serves as a physical and digital platform where construction elements, interior furnishings, and building materials are catalogued, stored, and redistributed for use in new projects. For interior designers, it opens the door to sourcing high-quality, character-rich pieces with a documented history and environmental profile. The Reuse Hub is more than a warehouse – it’s a design resource and a sustainability engine rolled into one. Arenastaden offers exciting opportunities where every detail tells a story. Imagine using reclaimed glass partitions to create airy meeting rooms, reused wood panels for elegant reception areas, or vintage lighting fixtures that add character and warmth. Fabege actively provides reclaimed solutions for commercial interiors, enabling designers to create unique, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing spaces. ![COW Arenastaden - kök och pentry](https://www.palats.io/hs-fs/hubfs/COW%20Arenastaden%20-%20k%C3%B6k%20och%20pentry.jpg?width=800&height=387&name=COW%20Arenastaden%20-%20k%C3%B6k%20och%20pentry.jpg) ### Digitalization Enables a Circular Future Digitalization plays a crucial role in transitioning to a circular future. Digital tools simplify the process of inventorying, tracking, and matching reusable materials with new projects. Digital platforms and databases streamline processes and maximize the potential of reuse, saving both time and reducing environmental impact. ### A Circular Future The ambition is high – Fabege aims to reuse at least 80% of materials in future projects. Arenastaden is a pioneer in this development, where design and sustainability go hand-in-hand. By using reclaimed materials, designers can create environments that are not only beautiful and functional but also environmentally friendly and cost-effective. ANALYS ### Ready to Design with Reuse?
