During March, we rolled out a number of updates in Palats, including suggested specifications during inventory and more powerful analytics in the marketplace.
Finally we get to show you this! Our AI "Palats Genie" has received a major update and is now even more helpful during inventory. Just take a picture of the article you want to inventory and Genie will, of course, help you fill in the correct category, but now also all specifications it can interpret in the image, such as color, material, and function.
If you feel that a suggestion doesn’t fit, you can easily discard it with a single tap.
The new Genie will roll out to all customers during the Easter weekend. 🐥
In Palats’ analytics tool, you have long been able to view statistics on how much your organization has saved through your marketplace under the event “reused internally.” However, this does not give the full picture, since you often also want to see who has listed and ordered articles, even if they have not yet been reused.
In all reports based on marketplace events, you can now choose to view events “listed” or “ordered.” Just like with reuse, these can be broken down by vendors, individual users, categories, or departments.
It is now smoother to work with your existing listings in Palats. As a marketplace administrator, you can now more easily browse through all listings and see complete information about each listing without leaving the list.
When you click on a listing, it slides in on the side just like models and articles, which means you don’t have to jump between tabs. As before, administrators can unpublish, republish, or archive a listing.
New setting for vendors to require a phone number on each listing

Filter models on the web by specifications such as color and material
Tag multiple models with a model tag at the same time
