In January, we made a number of improvements to the marketplace to make it easier to work with reuse at large scale.
When an order is placed, all details are now included in the email confirmation, including invoice information and delivery address. When the advertiser has personal responsibility, the listing’s contact details are also included directly in the order confirmation, making it easier to move on to the next step.
By including more information in the email, it becomes easier to share the confirmation with the buyer’s logistics partner or finance department.
It is now possible to search among your listings and received orders in the mobile app, making marketplace administration easier. Just like on the web, you can search by, for example, the customer’s email address or order number to find the correct order.
In complex information flows where listings are exposed through several steps or to different target groups, it can sometimes be difficult to keep track of who will see what in the marketplace. Administrators can now view the marketplace as a specific target group.
Simply navigate to the marketplace settings, select the target group you want to examine, and in the menu choose “Preview marketplace.” You will then be taken to the marketplace’s listing view and see the list exactly as it appears for the selected target group.
