Palats product update January

We start the year with several improvements for orders and atatistics. 

Quick Pick-Up

Sometimes, you find yourself in front of an advertised article that you just want to pick up as easily as possible. Now, you can simply scan the article and click "Pick Up," and an order will be created instantly. Even users who do not have the Palats app can pick up articles directly by scanning the QR code. Doing the right thing should be easy!

Edit Orders Later

Have you placed an order but then changed your mind? Now, as a customer, you can edit a reserved order yourself and remove unwanted articles. Please note that this feature must be configured by an authorized administrator.

Reminders to Close Orders

In organizations where many users advertise articles on the marketplace, it's common for the advertiser to forget to log in to Palats and close the order. Now, automatic reminders will be sent out to either complete or cancel the order one month after it was placed. Ensuring this process is followed is crucial for accurate reuse statistics.

Improvements in Reports

• All graphs can now be downloaded as image files.
• Distribution reports can now be displayed as bar charts instead of pie charts.'
• Several new columns can be shown in the report’s input data, including different types of tags.
